RPM International Inc. recently announced it has acquired Adhere Industrial Tapes Ltd. to be part of its tremco illbruck business group. Adhere manufactures single- and double-sided foam tapes used in construction and industrial applications. Based in Colchester, UK, it has annual net sales of approximately $6 million.

“Our tremco illbruck business has an extensive sales force and marketing resources that will help Adhere expand within the UK construction and industrial sectors and into other European markets as well,” said Frank C. Sullivan, chairman and CEO of RPM. “We intend to leverage Adhere’s wide range of products and excellent customer service to generate significant new marketplace opportunities for tremco illbruck.”
