There are many things in business to prepare for – budget cuts, supply restrictions or ust making sure to never run out of coffee. Those in our industry who are based near the coast have another worry: hurricanes.

While Hurricane Ida seems to have fizzled out, there is a great resource for chemical companies to use to monitor and prepare for the next hurricane. The American Chemistry Council has launched a hurricane preparedness Web site, which provides resources and links for preparing for foul weather, including statistics, the latest news and activity, and hurricane statistics. I urge you to check it out – not only to keep updated on tropical conditions, but for information on the latest news and products to keep us all safe.
