On September 26, Henkel Corporation will host the next Loctite® Medical Device Adhesive Seminar, a comprehensive program that provides design, product and manufacturing engineers with an overall understanding of adhesives by addressing topics specifically related to medical device design and assembly. Seminar topics will include proper joint design, adhesive technology selection, and processing equipment requirements.
The Loctite® Medical Device Adhesive Seminar will take place on Wednesday, September 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis North at 2200 Freeway Boulevard in Minneapolis, Minn. This free event will feature information on light cure adhesives including the new Loctite® AssureCure System for quantitatively assessing the degree of cure of light cure adhesives, cyanoacrylate adhesives including new Loctite® Toughened Light Cure Instant Adhesives, Loctite® Light Cure Silicones, traditional silicones, epoxies and polyurethanes for medical device assembly.
Engineers who attend the Loctite® Medical Device Adhesive Seminar will benefit from intensive educational information and hands-on demonstrations of adhesives and equipment. Engineers walk out with a solid knowledge of adhesives and understand how to automate manual processes, improve profitability by decreasing costs, increase product quality/reliability, reduce process cycle times and work-in-progress, and increase process efficiency.
