API Polyurethanes Conference 2004 Set for October in Las Vegas

The Alliance for the Polyurethanes Industry is issuing a call for papers and posters to be presented at Polyurethanes Conference 2004, planned for Oct. 18-20, in Las Vegas. Paper abstracts are due Feb. 12; poster abstracts are due May 28, 2004. Papers and posters may address breakthrough technology in polyurethane markets or chemistry, developing markets such as medical or fiberboard, and product areas such as rigid foam insulation or coatings. Presentations may also focus on environmental and stewardship issues, including emissions, regulatory developments, waste management and related topics. In 2003, 20 authors received awards for their presentations, as judged by their peers.
