Graco's Therm-O-Flow Plus systems feature heated, ram-mounted supply pumps that transfer hot-melt and warm-melt sealants and adhesives used in window and door assembly applications. Power ratios up to 65:1 are available to handle high-viscosity materials (up to 5 million mPa) and higher flow rates. Therm-O-Flow systems feature a heated PTFE inductor plate, heated outlet hose and heated dispense valve to insure material conformity at the point of application. Other features include higher melt-rate applications, improved pump-heat design, improved blow-off and vent design, and new electronic controls. Therm-O-Flow Plus is CE-approved. Therm-O-Flow Plus utilizes Graco's Check-Mate pumps, which are designed to deliver high output and reliability, even when pumping high-viscosity and abrasive sealants and adhesives.
