Loveland, OH-based Henline Adhesive Equipment Company Inc. (HAECO) has announced its acquisition of Can-Tron Industrial Controllers, a California-based designer and manufacturer of embedded electronic controls. As part of this acquisition, HAECO has obtained the exclusive design and manufacturing rights for Can-Tron's temperature controllers, pattern controllers and solenoid drivers. As a leading manufacturer of specialty adhesive systems, HAECO had previously featured Can-Tron equipment in a variety of products. The Can-Tron acquisition will allow HAECO to utilize those synergies to offer the same quality and technology customers have come to expect, while also providing the opportunity for growth and efficiencies.
