Milton C. "Bud" Blackmore has been appointed to Innospec Inc.'s board of directors, replacing James M.C. Puckridge, who has retired.

Blackmore retired in 2009 from Sinclair Oil Corp., where he most recently served as senior vice president of Marketing and Product Supply. Before joining Sinclair in 1995, he worked at Kerr-McGee Refining Corp. for 26 years, filling a variety of accounting, marketing and general management positions. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Panhandle State University in Goodwell, OK, in 1969.

"I am very pleased to welcome Bud Blackmore to Innospec's board of birectors," said Robert E. Bew, Innospec chairman. "He has enjoyed a 40+ year career in the oil refining and gasoline industry, and brings a wealth of experience to the company."
