Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing, a leading supplier of sealants and waterproofing for construction applications, has named Mike Soeder vice president of U.S. Sales. Previously, Soeder was vice president and general manager of the Tremco Industrial Products Division, headquartered in Medina, OH, where he was responsible for overseeing sales for the TremPro and TremGlaze product lines. Soeder joined Mameco International, which was later acquired by Tremco, in 1990 and served in a variety of sales and marketing management positions in both companies over the years. He earned a B.A. in communications, as well as a teaching certification, from John Carroll University in 1976.
