So the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) has been passed and we’re all left wondering, what’s in it for me?. The Adhesive and Sealant Council, Inc.,’s Mark Collatz sent a memo (see “Online Exclusives”) to their members highlighting sections where key provisions, both for spending provisions and tax provisions, are located in the act.
Much of the funding will affect infrastructure and construction, which will obviously involve the application of adhesives and sealants. In addition, the Tax Provisions American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 will give some help to small businesses.
