CNN Money is reporting that U.S. economic activity fell in the third quarter, another warning sign of a recession. The GDP, the broadest measure of the nation's economy, fell at an annual rate of 0.3 percent in the period. The GDP had a 2.8 percent growth rate in the previous quarter.
