We still have a few spots open for the web seminars scheduled for November 20 and October 30, 2008. In next week's session, speaker Dan Murad will present "Improve Your Bottom Line by Managing Complexity."

The first part of the webinar will frame the complexity of managing adhesives and sealants or any type of specialty chemicals business.

The session will then focus on analytical techniques to characterize complexity, and developing guidelines for developing a strategy to manage properly.

In "Extract Value out of Understanding How Your Customers Value You" on November 20, he will discuss various ways of understanding customer perceived value. It will highlight proven methodologies of determining perceived value and debate how to use that information to make decision within your organization about customer segmentation.

Don't miss your chance to learn more about these important industry topics!
Events are co-organized with the Adhesive and Sealant Council, Inc.
