This company’s new Airless 75 spray gun is a 7,500 PSI industrial spray gun that can reportedly survive the roughest working conditions using an operator-friendly, stress-reducing design. Made with a forged anodized aluminum body, the spray gun features a thick-walled stainless steel fluid tube and is reportedly compatible with high-solids and abrasive industrial materials. The exclusive needle design was developed to keep the spring out of the fluid’s path, and the packings are adjustable for longer life.

Available in two gun versions, the Airless 75 with external stainless steel fluid tube and optional heat guard reportedly allows use of heated coatings up to 175°F (79°C). On the Direct Connect model, the fluid hose attaches directly to the gun, allowing the use of high-solids and high-viscosity materials.
