The DL Technology LLC DispenseLink system provides cost-effective micro-volume dispensing of dot-arrays, lines, fill routines, and custom patterns on any standard dispensing platform. It offers totally programmable increment and velocity control necessary for today's dispense requirements, providing material volumes of 8 mils or less, password-secure programming, and touch screen interface. The user-friendly software and easy integration allows fast setup and total control of the dispensing process. The system includes the DispenseLink controller, DL Micro Valve, and DL custom machined needles. A brushless motor controls the rotation of the auger with a programmable encoder for achieving specific dispense parameters. The encoder provides more than 57,000 counts per 360 degrees revolution of the auger. This allows the valve to repeatably dispense 8 mils or less, depending on the material and application requirements.
