The Model PK101 spot UV-curing system features a high-intensity light source with a flexible light guide. The light guide transmits energy efficiently and gives the user maximum control for precision UV curing, even in hard-to-reach areas. The unit’s internal shutter controls the curing exposure time with a manual foot-pedal control or with push-button timer controls located on the face of the unit. The control of curing time and distance from the light guide to the work piece allows for rapid cures of UV materials such as adhesives, sealants and coatings, as well as potting materials and encapsulants.
