I & J Fisnar: UV-Curing Conveyor System
This company’s Model PK103 UV-curing conveyor system uses a high-intensity UV/visible light source for fast curing of adhesives, coatings and encapsulants. The conveyors are supplied with two 400-watt flood light sources. The modular reflector housings have the light sources focused perpendicular to the belt director to illuminate the entire width. Features include adjustable belt speed from 1 to 27 ft/min; belt width of 6 in; vertical clearance of 4 in; fully shielded, windowed entry and exit doors; built-in exhaust fan with an exhaust stack; accurate digital belt-speed readout; adjustable lamp-to-belt distance; and fast cures for high throughput.
