MARCHEM CORP. RECEIVES ISO 9001:2000 REGISTRATION

MarChem Corp. has announced receipt of ISO 9001:2000, the highest level registration conferred for product quality. Mr. Sandon L. Wool, president and CEO of the company, said the registration followed a rigorous and lengthy audit of the company's entire spectrum of operations. Mr. Wool added: "Naturally, we are extremely pleased to receive the ISO 9001:2000 registration, which is a worldwide quality benchmark that is so vital in facilitating international and domestic trade with out customers." MarChem Corp. traces its history back to 1937 and is regarded as a premier supplier within the industry. MarChem Corp. is a subsidiary of Dash Multi-Corp., a St. Louis-based holding company with annual sales approximating $150 million. Dash is composed of four groups: chemicals, textile/coating, recycled rubber and service. Two other Dash subsidiaries, MarChem Southeast, Inc. and MarChem Northeast, Inc., have also received ISO 9001:2000 registration.
