The Ross VersaMix Model VMC is availabile in many sizes, ranging from one gallon to 750 gallons working capacity.

The air/oil lift system of this new model raises and lowers the agitators from the mixing vessel, which is attached to a frame that includes a manual tilting mechanism to allow 120-degree tilting for full discharge and thorough cleaning after completion of the mixing cycle. The new design is also built for vacuum operation and includes a jacketed mix vessel for heating or cooling. Special charging openings and a light are built into the vacuum cover.

The VersaMix combines up to three separate agitation systems: a Three Wing Anchor, a High Speed Disperser and a High Shear Rotor-Stator Mixer. The mixer is ideal for manufacturing viscous dispersions and emulsions with viscosities up to 1,000,000 cps. The VersaMix is available for no-charge testing or in plant trial rentals prior to purchase.
