Ellsworth Adhesives recently announced three leadership promotions. Roger Lee has been promoted to vice president and general manager, Specialty Chemicals Division; Jay Richardson has been named director, Sales–Engineering Sales Representative (ESR) Group; and Andre Rivard has been appointed general sales manager, Eastern Region.

Lee previously served as president of the ESR Group, where he was a driving force behind maintaining and expanding sales territories throughout North America. In his new role, Lee will be challenged with the overall performance of Ellsworth Adhesives’ Specialty Chemical Division in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Richardson was formerly general sales manager to the ESRs in Canada and the eastern U.S. Rivard fills his position of general sales manager, Eastern Region. Rivard served as a successful ESR for Ellsworth during the past four years and brings prior sales management experience and skills.
