Dhuanne Dodrill has been named president and COO of Rollprint Packaging Products, Inc. Dodrill joined the company in 1984 and has held a variety of positions, including executive vice president (since 2002). Dodrill brings more than twenty years of flexible packaging experience to the position, including technical, quality assurance and management. During her tenure, she has spearheaded several technical flexible packaging innovations in the healthcare, food and industrial markets. Doug Dodrill has been promoted to vice president of Technology. He heads all R&D activities, including ongoing resin and extrusion projects and machinery acquisition. Doug had been Rollprint's director of Extruded Products since 2000 and is a member of TAPPI and the American Society for Quality. He joined the company in 1990 and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois. Additionally, Tony Paolino, also with twenty years of flexible packaging experience, has been promoted to director of sales and marketing.
