This can be accomplished with photoinitiator concentrations of less than 1% and line speeds greater than 25 fpm. These special-glass, solid spheres are available in various sizes that range from 0.3 to 120 microns in diameter, and are typically used at concentrations of about 20% to 35% by weight.
