Phoseon Technology recently announced that it is partnering with American Ultraviolet for the advancement of LED curing in all UV curing markets. The two companies have 80 combined years of arc, microwave, and LED experience, which will reportedly result in an easy upgrade process. Phoseon reports that, in many cases, LED facilitates a more efficient manufacturing process, increased throughput, more consistent production, less scrap, a safer workplace, and a lower carbon footprint.
