TAH: Disposable, Air-Assisted Spray System
For low-pressure spray applications with two-component coatings, TAH offers a low-cost air-assisted spray system. This disposable assembly can be used with conventional meter/mix equipment or two-component cartridge systems.The reactive coating is mixed within a static mixer. An air manifold with plastic spray cap is attached to the outlet end of the mixer with a simple quarter turn. An air line is connected to the air manifold using a quick connect fitting to atomize the mixed material forming a round spray pattern. Since the reactive coating is contained completely within the disposable static mixer, clean up time is minimal.
For Meter/Mix Applications, TAH offers manual and pneumatic dispense guns, which can be adapted to use the QuickSpray System. For cartridge applications, TAH offers pneumatic dispensers for 200ml, 400ml and 600ml cartridge systems.
