This company announces the ELC-4001, a new, high-intensity, portable flood-light-curing system, available in UV- or visible-light wavelengths. The system delivers greater than 100 mW/cm2 of UV energy at a peak wavelength of 365 nm. The visible-light version is peaked at 450 nm, and generates greater than 500 mW/cm2 of output. The system incorporates an internal heat-exhaust system, enabling it to provide maximum UV intensity at reduced operating temperatures. The unit’s modular design permits multiple-light modules to be positioned end-to-end for expanded-area applications.
