A new data sheet features the EMCAST 500 Series electrically conductive UV/heat-cure epoxies. The products cover a broad range of cures from room temperature to moderate- to high-temperature cure, and are one- and two-component systems. Included are electrical, thermal and physical properties. End uses of the products include cold solders, static bleed, component attachment, wire bonding and anywhere the stress of soldering cannot be tolerated.
