Rohm and Haas Announces Direct Distribution of Tie Resins in Europe
Rohm and Haas Co. has announced that, as of Jan. 1, 2004, the company will commercialize Tymor extrudable tie resin adhesives in Europe and market them directly through its European sales force. A distribution contact through an independent Japanese trading company will be terminated at the end of 2003. The extrudable adhesive resins are used as tie layers in coextrusion and are available in PE, PP, PS, PET and other grades.
