This company has introduced an encoder-based Dual Cartridge
dispensing system for true volumetric shot dispensing. The AC200D and AC400D models
incorporate linear encoders that accurately control volume output of the
dispensers. A digital control console allows the operator to select a metered
shot size down to 0.12 cc. Each unit includes: a frame-mounted dispense gun;
pneumatic controls for dispense and recharge mode; a digital console with
encode or manual modes; and a digital shot controller that operates the pinch
valve for accurate shot size repeatability.
