BURTIN POLYMER LABORATORIES: Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation is produced by a chemical reaction when two liquid components are combined, thus creating a rigid or semi-rigid foam as it expands. Once cured, it solidifies to become polyurethane foam. This foam has multiple beneficiary uses. For the military, it will work to reduce energy consumption, assist with climate control in field, especially in operational Afghanistan and Iraq and where noise reduction properties are a concern. This will help save, protect and aid personnel no matter what temporary structure or housing they might need.
