Temple University biologist Tonia Hsieh uses bits of reflective tape on the limbs and torso of a frilled dragon lizard and then records its unique motion-it can run on its hind legs-with a sophisticated camera. Hsieh and postdoctoral fellow Kyle Mara then study the reptile's movements by looking at the colored dots of light on film.
