Sika Corp.’s Industry and Automotive Divisions recently announced the appointment of new personnel. David Brandt joins the company as product engineer in the Sika Technical Services Group, responsible for support of application development activities, launch support and laboratory testing of Sika bulk materials for Automotive OEM. Prior to joining Sika, Brandt was employed with Hemlock Semi-conductor, a joint development venture with Dow Corning, as an analytical technician.
Robert Scalici has been hired as a senior CAD designer in the Automotive Engineering Group, responsible for design work for Chrysler/Fiat and General Motors accounts. Prior to joining Sika, Scalici worked for nine years in Nissan’s Technical Center.
