CAST ALUMINUM SOLUTIONS: Circulation Heater

August 20, 2015

The new CAST-X 4000 circulation heater is reportedly positioned to be one of highest-capacity no-contact circulation heaters on the market. The design, also known as indirect heating, means the fluid being heated never touches the heating elements. In addition, the design can reduce contamination; fluids stay in the flow path tube and don’t contact other components in the heater.

The heater was designed specifically for high-throughput processes, such as the manufacturing, mixing, and processing of chemicals for the coatings and adhesives market.
