The i3 initiative will reportedly build on three pillars: i3 STEM, which supports hands-on, inquiry-based STEM education, workforce experience, and employee volunteerism; i3 Engage, which re-imagines the way employees from for-profits and nonprofits interact for more effective outcomes; i3 Give, which builds stronger communities through innovative corporate philanthropy strategies that combine both human and financial resources.
