Peter Vanacker, current head of the Polymer Solutions marketing division of Bayer Polymers Americas, was appointed to the executive committee of the Bayer Polymers subgroup Sept. 1. He takes over as head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. His predecessor, Jurgen Dahmer, Jr., assumes responsibility for Innovation, Information and Services on the executive committee of Bayer Polymers, and will also take over the position of Labor Director after the carve-out in succession to Dr. David Hillenbrand, who left the company in August.
