STYCAST® 2850 FT Blue epoxy encapsulant protects electronic components and is specifically designed to ensure high performance when surface arcing or tracking occurs in high-voltage applications. The product also protects embedded components from heat and stress. Its superior thermal conductivity allows heat to dissipate, which helps ensure proper functioning of components. It also features a low coefficient of thermal expansion, which minimizes stress on delicate parts. This two-component encapsulant can be cured within 30 to 60 minutes at temperatures of 25ºC to 125ºC.
