This company has introduced UV9440E, an improved version of UV9440 that provides smooth release (less "zip") for the UV product line. Radiation-curing silicone release systems often demonstrate undesirable zippy release performance and initiation spikes particularly against aggressive adhesives. Use of this smooth-release additive also reduces the coefficient of friction of the cured epoxy silicone coating, thereby facilitating rewind of thin-film silicone release liners. Circle No. 102
