Cancarb Limited has announced an arrangement with Columbian Chemicals Company to transition Columbian's Sevacarb MT (medium thermal carbon black) customers to Cancarb's Thermax thermal carbon black. "This arrangement demonstrates Cancarb's commitment to the global thermal carbon black market and to working with customers for continual improvement," said Ken Tate, Cancarb president. "We will work closely with Columbian Chemicals to ensure this transition is seamless for the customers." Columbian Chemicals has announced that it will cease production of Sevacarb MT at its U.K. subsidiary.
