In order to reduce the use of solvents, TAH offers disposable static mixing nozzles for air-assisted, plural-component spray applications. Routinely, the mixer can be either discarded or cleaned in-line with compressed air.

The plural-component A and B fluids are separately ported through a TAH 550 low-pressure, manual dispense valve. The fluids do not meet until they enter the disposable mixer. At the end of the mixer, an adapter channels the compressed air and mixed fluids into a spray nozzle. By adjusting air pressure, the spray pattern can be changed. To clean the mixer in-line, air is redirected through the valve manifold, static mixer and spray tip. For more information, contact Technical Service at 800-257-5238.
