The new MIXPAC DX Series PAM dispensing system is specifically designed for medium- to high-volume, two-component bonding and sealing applications. It combines the economics of bulk container supply with the acknowledged advantages of accurate Point of Application Metering and mixing. The MIXPAC DX Series dispensing system is the most economical tool for assembly lines and for mobile applications where large volumes of cartridges are required but fully integrated supply systems are not justifiable yet. The system comprises the DXH handheld dispensing unit and the DXR refill station. The DXH dispenser has two refillable component containers and two air-driven metering pumps. The units are designed to operate with MIXPAC F-type static mixers. The dispenser is compact, low-weight, ergonomically designed and extremely easy to operate. It is very flexible in its application and suits most work environments. Units for mixing ratios 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 are available.
