GRACO: Automated Dispensing Systems
This company has introduced Liquid ControlTM C-402 and C-404 turnkey benchtop automated dispensing systems for potting and gasketing small parts.
With the C-402 or C-404, an operator can program and store up to 64 sequences and run up to 16 programs simultaneously. The units utilize 3,000 registered position points within the work area reducing material waste, and they have a repeatability rate of +/- 0.002 mm.
The C-402’s XYZ working envelope is 200 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm, while the C-404 offers a larger 400 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm working area. Intuitive Windows®-based controls and optional teach pendant allow for easy programming and integration into factory processes.
