Jeff Dudas has been named chief executive officer of Spiroflow Systems Inc. In his new position, Dudas will oversee operations in the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

With over 22 years of commercial experience, Dudas joins Spiroflow from Oppenheimer and Co. Inc., a New York-based financial service company, where he served as managing director. Before that, he spent over 17 years with UBS/PaineWebber in various advisory, sales and senior management positions, including four years as CEO, managing director and country head of UBS Wealth Management of Australia.
