The products were developed to provide solutions to OEMs based on design challenges created by the stringent increasing regulatory demands for safer, lighter and stronger vehicles; improved fuel efficiency; and reduced CO2 emission. The new products are advanced one-component, solvent- and PVC-free, warm-applied, heat-curing adhesive technologies that reportedly enhance crash resistant structures, and bond to dissimilar and diverse materials.
