Organizers of the UTECH Europe 2015 polyurethanes event have announced full details of its comprehensive three-day conference, scheduled for April 14-16 at the MECC, Maastricht, The Netherlands. Featuring over 90 technical papers delivered in a total of 11 sessions, the conference is intended to cover the latest developments in the world of polyurethanes and reveal insights into the global market.

Frank Grunert, president of ISOPA and regional head of polyurethanes at Bayer MaterialScience, will deliver the welcome address ahead of the keynotes from Tony Hankins, president of Huntsman Polyurethanes, and Soichi Inoue, CEO of Inoac.

Two highlights from the conference’s plenary session looking at key strategic and market developments are Hassan Baalbaki, vice president of Baalbaki Group, who will present his “Outlook for the PU Industry in the Middle East,” and Robert Outram, associate director at IAL Consultants, who will give the conference’s strategic business review. Among other highlights will be a paper by Galen J. Suppes of the University of Missouri on computer modelling of polyurethane formulations in the conference’s science session. 

The three-day program includes sessions covering all areas of the polyurethanes industry, including markets, the latest developments in polyurethane science, and innovation in materials and machinery.
