The EZ series dispensers are a new design in benchtop fluid dispensing robots. All XYZ motion and valve/syringe control is packaged inside of the head, reportedly requiring no external PC or control box for operation. In addition to being used as an independent work cell, this design can be used for mounting on conveyors, over indexing dials, etc., to operate as a self-contained fluid dispensing station. Mounting flexibility can suit most special machine applications.

Designed with the latest embedded control technology, the EZ series includes connectivity thru RS-232, network and dual USB ports. Additional I/O and logic are included to streamline integration. Motion paths may be defined by typing commands, importing CAD files or using the advanced jog and teach functions. Hundreds of patterns may be stored on the included CF memory card. The Super Speed technology performs at over 20 in./sec.
