Creative Materials recently introduced a new series of high-temperature electrically conductive inks and adhesives, as well as dielectric coatings. Unlike conventional conductive materials, these products reportedly feature a high-continuous-operation temperature, making them especially well-suited for extreme conditions found in furnace, heater, and aerospace applications.

According to Creative Materials, the products have a useful temperature range of -55°C to 350°C continuously and are stable to 410°C for short durations. They can be applied by screen printing, dipping, and syringe dispensing. These products feature excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, such as polyimide, polyester, ITO-sputtered surfaces, glass, and a variety of other surfaces, without the addition of treatment via acid or plasma etch.
