R.E. Carroll Inc. recently announced that Ricky Pursell has been named technical sales representative for the Southwest Region. He will be responsible for customers in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas. Pursell has spent the past 24 years in the specialty chemical industry as a sales account manager, mainly handling the oil/gas and utility industries.
