How "Green" Are You? Tell Us About It! (7/10/08)
Green is more than an industry buzzword, it’s a new way of thinking in the chemicals industry. What is your company doing to “go green” and produce sustainable or renewable products? Do you use green procedures and products in manufacturing, such as reuseable containers and reclaimed or recycled materials?
In my home and office, I try to be as green as possible -- using natural light rather than electricity and opening a window instead of cranking up the a/c (although lately that's been a tough one!), printing in-office documents on the back of junk mail, printing on both sides of a sheet of paper, using the "draft" setting on the printer so that it uses less ink, and recycling as much as I can.
