Eggert will be responsible for implementing the company’s global sustainability strategy, driving key initiatives that align with Emery Oleochemicals’ long-term commitment to environmental stewardship, sustainable innovation, and responsible growth. She will lead efforts to continue to embed sustainability into Emery’s core business by aligning with regulatory requirements, ensuring economic and social responsibility, and integrating it across global operations and stakeholder engagement.

Eggert has over 25 years of professional experience in the consumer goods and chemical industries, including 18 years in adhesive technologies. Her background includes leadership roles in sustainability management, new business development, investment evaluation, and competitive intelligence. She holds a degree in business administration and possesses strong knowledge in systems thinking and organizational development.
