Ashland Announces Information Portal for Specialty Additives Customers

Ashland has launched a customer portal for on-demand information to support specialty additives customers called iSolve℠. The portal enables easy access to comprehensive information about the company’s specialty additives and other related business material, including the most recent innovations, products, regulatory documents, and more.
“As we introduce the iSolve customer portal, we’re taking another significant step forward in improving customer engagement,” said Dago Caceres, senior vice president and general manager, specialty additives, at Ashland. “By providing our customers with instant access to vital product and regulatory information, this portal will allow us to respond to their requests more efficiently and deliver an enhanced experience across every interaction.”
The iSolve specialty additives customer portal will:
- Provide simple, comprehensive search access to product information
- Display and allow downloads of important regulatory documents
- Allow access to technical and marketing information, along with a connection to Ashland expert solvers
- Allow sample requests to be entered quickly
The specialty additives portal is available to customers via ashland.com. Once registered, specialty additives customers gain the ability to navigate the portal with ease, searching for products by name, market segment, application, or function to quickly find exactly what they need.
