Gehring Montgomery Announces Distribution Partnership for the United States

Specialty chemical distributor Gehring Montgomery Inc. (GMI) recently announced a new strategic partnership with Lorama Group, a global innovator in advanced color technology, custom colorant solutions, and sustainable bio-based additives for the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers (CASE) industries.

Under this new agreement, Gehring Montgomery will serve as the exclusive distributor for Lorama Group’s product portfolio across the United States territory east of the Mississippi River, providing customers with local inventory, technical support, formulation expertise, and market development services.

Lorama Group develops colorant and bio-based resin technologies for coatings and related applications. Its portfolio includes the ColourFal^®, ColourFal Zerø^®, and GemSperse^® colorant lines, as well as LPR^® (Lorama Polysaccharide Resin) Technology, which serves as the foundation for the company's InkRes^® resin systems and other biopolymer products. Lorama serves customers in more than 90 countries, with technologies designed to help manufacturers reduce VOCs and improve formulation performance.

The partnership strengthens Gehring Montgomery's portfolio of specialty additives, waxes, wax emulsions and dispersions, resins, binders, pigments, solvents, defoamers, dispersants, rheology modifiers, and performance additives serving the architectural, industrial, wood coatings, packaging, and printing ink markets.
