Rutgers Chemicals' Zellerhoff Announces Retirement, Holland Named Successor

Dr. Robert Zellerhoff, head of the Business Group Resins/HKM at Rutgers Chemicals AG and director of the German-Japanese joint venture Rutgers Kureha Solvents GmbH, will retire by November 30, 2003, citing health concerns. Zellerhoff will continue his relationship with the group as a consultant. His successor as head of the Business Group Resins/HKM will be Uwe Holland, who joined the group in 1998 and is currently marketing and sales manager for the business unit.
