ADCO Global Inc., Michigan Center, MI, has announced the purchase of Chemetall’s (Frankfort, Germany) primary and secondary insulating glass sealants and casting resins business. As part of the ADCO Global network of companies, the Chemetall purchase will benefit ADCO Products directly as it adds extra capabilities to its line of assembly solutions for the window and door market.
